Let me know. From than to today, there were further 25 concerts at wicked places, in beautiful gardens, on sunny places, through 3 countries, to smiling faces. While doing, the last 6 months pass through my head frequently.

This trip was a lot of fun, but also an up and down of emotions. Many things went well, some things went wrong.

Im fernen Tal der Hoffnung

What all of it does with me, will show. Its just developing, probably new songs are coming out of it soon. But I need a little more space for my thoughts. Yes, as painful as the decision is to me to leave Berlin, it feels right to further wonder the world.

From the tour start to the end in total 75! This is only possible, due to the many friends and supporting people around us. Its such a big fun with all of you out there! Yes and the fun goes on after already 13 countries and 16, km.

But where next in ? So we love to come back into your living rooms, gardens or to your personal perfect place. Speak to us, send us to your friends and family, wherever they will be on our way. Where you are, we will come around! Unfortunately, our weather frog has not really understood the message from Nantes Northern France on. A last sunny and lukewarm concert evening in the midst of a French organic market still remained. Then came the rain and stood by our side for more than a month. Our only choice was continuing to enjoy and triggering our senses. Quite entertaining where the mobile animal sculptures of Les Machines in Nantes.

Not only Enno was amazed. It was also exciting for us to see how e. Well, and the absolute highlight is the 12 m high elephant with 20 people on it, running across the square and spraying water. Also such a beautiful spot on earth is Le Mont Saint Michel. Perfect for a solemn reunion with my Dresden friend Sabine and her family. We went on till late night. As you can see, it is easy to meet us on our tour. Liz, an energetic, active English lady, had approached us in France after a concert and invited us over to her 75th birthday in Brighton.

Of course we immediately accepted. It was great to dive into her private world of her family and longtime friends. Oh, I love that! Be warned! Stonehenge is indeed a magical place. Our new life model. Where in Glastonbury could another spontaneous concert be possible exactly to my taste? Of course in a cafe with the energy of the Temple of the Goddess next door. For sure, right? Wild nature and mystical places, great!

In The Hague we landed on this roof top. A house with a mom, a dad and 9 children. All grown up with with plenty of own kids — and a piano. A musical grand family and so we all played together the whole evening. Just imagine the alarm at this house concert.

And then the message. My concert on an organic farm in Haaren was actually forbidden by the authorities for security reasons!?! I did not know if I should laugh or cry. The rocket is starting and someone is pulling the plug!?! They were afraid of too many guests would show up!

Was probably a super media work ahead. The good thing about this: a lot of accompanying, pre- and post-reporting on this local political discourse. And in the middle me, Carmen Underwater. In addition, the concert was nevertheless transferred to a wonderful small private place and we all had a very charming evening together with the journalist and photographer. While Haaren is still debating, Cologne is already celebrating.

Alles wirkt vertraut. Was nun?

Soooo lecker!

Zwei liebenswerte Deutsche in ihrem Hippiebus. Viva la Hippies! Frankreich, Frankreich! In Capbreton spielte ich also Konzert Nr. Was haben wir nicht schon alles erlebt und was wird da noch kommen!? Bleibt dran…. Thanks to you we fixed 65 concerts for the tour already. Gorgeous 32 I could experience already, another 33 I am looking forward to.

If it excites you now as well, one or another gap can still be filled. Just have a look:.

By the way, yesterday we celebrated our hump day. Half of the tour still lies ahead. A song, where I climb up a mountain and enjoy the view from above.

Today I am here on that mountain and see what I had once only in my imagination. Can dreams really come true? Yes, they do! We also went by boat to see whales and dolphins. It was very impressive for all of us and Enno claims still to be a sperm whale. And he surprised me. What was unfortunately less the case in Jerez de la Frontera and Seville. Without any wind it was max. After 3 days of continuous heat we escaped from 43 degrees to Portugal.

Again on the coast, again somehow cooler and a wind to breathe again. No idea what triggered that in us so directly. At first we thought maybe because of the greenery or because it was more relaxed after the heat? The country is very very beautiful, beaches, cliffs, natural parks, cities, the air, the sea, the people … yes, the people here are open, very helpful and quite naturally friendly. Everything feels familiar. At first we passed along beaches and cliffs at the Algarve.

After a beach day at Praia De Dona Ana in Lagos Enno fell asleep on the bike seat and his head dangled back and forth. It was still a long way to the campsite. What next? Swimming trunks stretched over the helmet and seat and the swimming wings as airbags on the right and left attached to the straps. That was excellent! I found it very creative, hehe! Yes exactly. Not yet! Along the nature park at the west coast we headed north to Sines. A relaxed coastal town with a music school.

Yes, we happened to get there. When we asked for a concert, we were sent directly to the restaurant next door. Everybody was fully enthusiastic and immediately activated everything besides alarming all friends and family. After the first song, the people streamed over to us from the streets. After the second song I opened my eyes and the place was full.

  • Oh, that was such an incredible feeling. We danced well. And with that swing, I went up on stage — open air and with fun having international camper audience. Portugal is great for camping in the wild. Cliffs and sea view as far as the eye can see. And then over to Sintra. Even with the most elaborate plan, we only managed to get to see a part of what this little village has to offer. An overflow of delightful, playful castles, fortresses, gardens and nature walks through the whole area. On the same evening we moved up to Porto along the coast line.

Even if cooler and rainy, we totally absorbed the very own flair of this city. Simple but elegant, here and there rough, very green and colorful, with many different facets, dreamy, romantic and yet so grounded. My goodness, this is beautiful there! To enter this historic shop you need tickets. You get them in an inviting room with an adorable piano.

Out of an impulse I played 1, 2 songs. A dream! The departure from Portugal was a bit difficult for us. But we landed gently in the lap of Marios Mama. He is a half-spanish and his very adorable mama has a house in the area around Pontevedra. She received us with tortilla, grilled paprika, prawns and house wine. Soooo yummy! For Enno she was immediately Grandma Carman. And what motivates a pilgrim? Exactly, the final destination Santiago de Compostela. Before I dare to run the whole way one day, I went to take a look.

Very impressive and a bit away from the pilgrim-tourism-masses a very imposing town. That this James took so many ways, simply impressive. And everywhere it was verdurous. Las Medulas , the ancient Roman goldmines, were a hiking highlight for us as a family. Were we in Spain or in Switzerland? A beautiful mountain landscape.

From there again along the coastline past Santander to Leagi. Since the first camping concert was amazing, next morning the manager pleased us to stay and play an encore. Two days in a row an animated and music-hungry audience. A pincer for my soul. A short rain swept us further into sunny San Sebastian.

A city with two beaches. One for bathing beauties and one for the surfers. In between, a cozy, chic cityscape with wine, delicious tapas and casual people who enjoy life. Such as we are. Exactly these we met again later at night right next to our parking lot. Two lovable Germans in their hippie-bus. We chatted through the night and parted again after the joint breakfast next day. Viva la hippies! France, France! Yes, so Biarritz was unfortunately again just sightseeing out of our camper and we finally settled in Capbreton. But even if they are a bit annoying with their limitations, the French, I find it really charmingly beautiful everywhere.

Chic and romantic, as if someone went with a brush through the country to paint everything a bit lighter, more delicate and softer. In Capbreton I played concert No. We had a very fun evening and I even learned a few words in Basque. With a short detour to Lacanau Ocean we celebrated our hump day yesterday with a glass of wine in Bordeaux. What we have already experienced and what still lies ahead!? Stay tuned…. Cinque Terre!

Ganz bezaubernd! I like!

Deshalb kurz mal umdenken. Es geht nach Monaco. Aber es hat wohl nicht sollen sein. Was ist passiert? In Monaco? You must be logged in to Tag Records.
